The Brooks real estate house market market is holding steady so far in 2011.The average sale price of houses within the City,have remained quite stable. According to Brooks Real Estate Board statistics, which I  voluntarily provide to the Board and local media, the average sale price of resale homes in Brooks, to the end of March, 2011, was $ 237,018.00. This is almost identical to the $ 237,600.00 average sale during the first three months of 2010. Attached housing units ( condo, duplex, townhouse, etc.) averaged $ 162,071.00. Mobile home sales averaged          $ 58,870.00.
